Questions people ask before they sign
How do you count "licensed users"?
Users in the client tenant with any Microsoft 365 license that includes compliance capabilities: Business Premium, E3, E5 or the Purview add-ons. Unlicensed accounts don't count and are shown separately in the assessment.
Is there an onboarding or setup fee?
No. Connecting a tenant is a consent link and a preflight check. If a client needs a project to fix what the assessment finds, that's your project to scope and bill.
What does the free assessment include?
One tenant, one time: read-only connection, a short posture snapshot, and the full PDF with your logo. No credit card. If you keep the tenant connected afterwards, it moves onto a plan.
Is there a minimum?
Plans start at three tenants per MSP account. Direct (non-MSP) customers connect their own tenant and pay the same per-tenant price.
Can we resell this to our clients?
Yes, that's the point. The PDF and digest carry your brand. How you price the monthly service to your client is up to you.
Monthly or annual?
Both. Monthly by default; annual pricing on Growth and Scale.
See it on your own tenant.
Thirty minutes, on our demo tenant or on yours. Read-only by default: your team decides every change to Microsoft Purview.
