This notice covers getneoview.com and its contact and demo forms. It is operated by NeoDefender LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Neoview", "we"). Our full privacy policy, covering the Neoview service, will be published here with our terms and data processing agreement.

What we collect

  • Forms. Your name and work email and, depending on the form, your company, role, number of tenants, Microsoft 365 license, the topic and your message. Two questions are optional: what is driving your enquiry, and the framework or certification you are pursuing. Please do not include confidential details in the free-text fields.
  • Technical data. Your IP address is used only in memory to limit spam and is not stored. Our technical logs do not record your name, email or message.
  • Your browser. We remember your language, your theme and your cookie choice in your browser's local storage.
  • Microsoft Clarity, only if you accept. If you accept cookies, we use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use this site: the pages you visit, clicks, scrolling and a replay of your visit. Form fields and the text you type are hidden. Clarity sets cookies: _clck and _clsk on our site, and Microsoft cookies such as MUID on clarity.ms. If you reject, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Clarity does not load. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. If you change your mind after accepting, we stop Clarity and delete its cookies on our site; Microsoft's cookies on clarity.ms can be deleted in your browser.

How we use it. To reply to you and follow up on your enquiry and, in aggregate, to learn what people who contact us are looking for. If you accept cookies, also to see how visitors use the site and improve it. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

Who else is involved

  • Microsoft Azure hosts the website and delivers your submission as an email to our mailbox.
  • Google Fonts. While our website loads its fonts from Google, your browser sends your IP address and browser information to Google when you visit.
  • Microsoft Clarity, if you accept, receives how you use the site and sets the cookies above. Microsoft handles this data under its own privacy statement (privacy.microsoft.com).

How long we keep it. The website does not store your submission. We keep the email as long as needed to answer and follow up, and for any business relationship that results. Clarity keeps session replays and usage data according to Microsoft Clarity's retention settings, for up to 13 months.

Your choices. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at privacy@getneoview.com.

This website is for businesses and is not directed to children. If we change this notice, we will update the date above.
